I’m sure you are sick hearing about everyone’s goals for 2019,so, I will try not to bore you with an action plan filled with exercise andhealthy eating.
Instead, I decided to start 2019 on a clean slate. I flewacross the world, from Ireland to Canada, to not only visit family for holidayfestivities but to give myself a break. I wanted to take some time to myself andit truly feels like a fresh breath of air. I cannot stress how great it hasfelt to begin a New Year with an empty schedule giving myself a chance to sitdown and figure out my future, which is something that I have been putting offfor far too long. I have always made excuses to not pursue things in my life, but no longer will this hold me back.
And so, I am making a promise to put myself first, always. This will include the usual healthy eating and exercise regimes but more importantly will be prioritising my time for the things I truly love. I want to explore, write and photograph just about everything and anything.
I am excited for what 2019 brings me, be it adventure, intrigue, fun, love and many, many challenges.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So, throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain
